On Nov. 29, 2016, a public school teacher in Wisconsin (Courtney Hiers) went on Facebook and criticized her own students as “racist” and “intolerant,” and predicated that in class the next day her students would push back against her liberal whitewash of Islam.
At least one person (perhaps a student) was not amused by the post, and tipped off Mark Belling, the godfather of Wisconsin conservative talk radio, of Milwaukee’s WISN (News/Talk 1130).
After investigating the matter by reaching out to the teacher, her high school principal, and the school district superintendent, Mark broke the story during Hour 1 of his November 30 broadcast.
As Mark explains, this story perfectly illustrates the hyper-liberal and hyper-politicized nature of public school education today, both in Wisconsin and throughout the nation.
Here, and embedded above, is a video with the gist of Mark’s discussion (longer, uncut version here).
Note: Although Mark names the teacher involved, and this video is illustrated with photos and biographical information pertaining to her, given that the teacher apparently did not return Mark’s call, and has deleted her Facebook account and made her Twitter account private, it appears she does not wish to comment on, or be contacted about, the matter.

Hiers: “NO COMMENT”
Therefore this blogger respectfully suggests that readers refrain from attempting to contact the teacher, and should treat this story as simply illustrative of a general problem in public school education today.
