Meet Bobby Pantuso (LinkedIn; Twitter) an alderman in Wawatosa, Wisconsin (a Milwaukee suburb).
Until recently, Pantuso was just another liberal on the Common Council — one who in 2011 sided with union bosses, in suspicious circumstances, and in the face of massive opposition from his constituents, in an ultimately failed effort to circumvent Governor Scott Walker’s collective bargaining reforms.
Now, Bobby Pantuso deserves notice as perhaps the most notorious alderman in America, thanks to his Facebook postings during the April 21 meeting of the Common Council in which he commented about how he wished he could shoot up the meeting.
If Pantuso were a conservative, you’d have already heard about this incident. It has not yet been mentioned in the mainstream media. The news was broken on May 7 by an actual journalist, Milwaukee conservative talk-radio host Mark Belling (who regularly guests hosts for Rush Limbaugh).
Embedded below is a short video with excerpts from Belling’s show. (A longer version, with more detail, is here. The complete audio is here; right-click to download) More details are available on Belling’s website, at this link.
