Concludes Boston columnist and talk radio star Howie Carr in his Boston Herald column yesterday after examining the mugshots and booking sheets of the 46 occupiers arrested on Saturday. You don’t have to take Howie’s word for it; his column is accompanied by many of the mugshots — here, for example, is the lead photo array (for more detailed photos, just click on the “Photo Gallery” link below the array):
